About Wastewater Developments

Driven by sustainability and innovation, Wastewater Developments delivers durable, affordable wastewater solutions built for residential and commercial sites. From treatment plants and basins to pump stations and drip dispersal systems — plus the pumps, control panels, and electrical components that power them — we equip high-volume installers and supply houses with seamless, high-performance products they can trust. Protect the environment, cut callbacks, and install with confidence.

What we do

Both sides of the counter

We are a distributor and a manufacturer for Hydro-Action. That combination is unusual, and it's the reason specification questions, lead times and warranty support all come from one place instead of three.

Treatment plants, nitrogen reduction systems, UV disinfection, lift stations, tanks, basins and the control panels that run them — most of it is assembled and tested here before it ships. What we don't make, we stock: pumps, floats, fittings, adhesives and the parts an installer runs out of on a Friday afternoon.

  • NSF/ANSI 40 and 245 certified treatment systems
  • UL 508A listed control panels, built for the equipment they ship with
  • Fiberglass and poly tanks, basins and packaged lift stations
  • Parts, adhesives and consumables held in stock

How we work

Assembled and tested before it leaves

The thing that separates us is unglamorous: we finish the system in the yard. Tank, plumbing, blower, panel — assembled, wired and run before the truck is loaded.

We built a fully working demonstration unit with 3/8 in acrylic windows through both tanks so people can watch it operate rather than take our word for it. From 2027 we'll be running training and service certification with it.

Where we are

Mims, on Florida’s Space Coast

North Brevard County, which puts most of Central Florida inside a comfortable drive. Tanks go out by flatbed; panels, pumps and parts ship anywhere.

Partners

Who we build with

We specify these because we install them ourselves and stand behind the result. Control panels are designed and manufactured by Legacy Controls, using certified ELKO EP and TELE components, with our own Legacy Shield breakers inside.
