How we build it

Most of what we sell, we make. Tanks bonded here, harnesses cut on our own machines, panels laid out and run on the bench. This page is what that actually looks like.

The show system

See it running, from the inside

What happens inside a buried treatment plant is hard to picture. This one is built to be seen — a complete, functioning system with pass-through acrylic windows and domes raised on standoffs, showing every detail of the process as it runs.

You can watch the aeration running, see where the clarifier cone sits, follow the transfer plumbing from one tank to the next, and see exactly how far down the floats hang. It is the same system we ship — not a model, not a cutaway drawing.

That makes it a far better teacher than a manual. Installers and service providers can see exactly where each component sits, what the process looks like when it is running right, and where to look when it is not — before they ever open a lid in the field. Service calls get shorter when the technician already knows what the inside of the tank looks like.

The machines that make the parts

Wiring harnesses and jigs aren’t bought in. They’re cut here, to our own dimensions, which is why a panel and the system it controls actually fit each other.

Bonded, not bolted

Adhesive is the structure

Around ninety percent of our tanks are fiberglass reinforced, and structural methacrylate adhesive is what holds the assembly together — grommets, hose clips, panel bonds and the weld clips we make in house.

It is not a detail we gloss over. It is the reason we distribute the adhesive we build with: we have every incentive in the world to be sure it works.

  • Structural methacrylate throughout the assembly

  • PVC and rubber grommets — made in house, not bought in — set with the same system
  • Nothing in the assembly relies on a fastener alone
Compliance testing

Filled, watched, signed off

Before a design goes out under a Florida approval, it gets tested — filled, held, and checked against the standard the state expects it to meet.

It’s an unglamorous photo of a tank full of water. It is also the difference between a product that carries an approval number and one that carries a claim.

Out the door

Assembled here, delivered whole

Tanks leave the yard finished — plumbed, wired and tested. What arrives on your site is a system, not a delivery of parts you have to reconcile against a packing list.

If you specify, install or stock onsite treatment equipment, come and see the show system and the shop. It is a short drive from anywhere in Central Florida and it answers more questions in an hour than a catalogue does in a week.

From 2027 we will be running training and service certification here, using the same demonstration unit. If that is of interest, tell us and we will keep you posted.
