Ninety percent of our tanks are fiberglass, and structural methacrylate adhesive is what holds the assemblies together. We distribute what we build with — Acralock adhesives and Meritool dispensing — because we have every incentive to be sure it works.
The adhesive our tanks are built with
Acralock structural methacrylates, from Engineered Bonding Solutions, bond fiberglass, most plastics and metals with minimal surface prep — and keep working through the thermal cycling and constant damp a buried tank lives in.
On our own line it holds the PVC and rubber grommets we make in house, bonds hose weld clips, and joins the side panels that make a two-tank system one unit. That’s not an endorsement from a brochure — it’s the product our warranty rides on.

Dispensing that doesn’t fight you
Two-part structural adhesive is only as good as its mix and its bead. Meritool’s American-built PowerPush cordless dispensers meter both sides evenly at ratios hand calking guns can’t hold — which is why they’re what our own bench runs.

Weld clips
The clips that secure hose and plumbing runs inside our tanks are fabricated here and bonded with the same Acralock systems — no drilled holes through a tank wall, no fasteners working loose in the damp.
