Our systems are installed by licensed contractors, and most counties require that. If you're a homeowner, tell us where the property is and we'll point you to installers working in your area. We're also happy to answer questions about a system you already own, whoever installed it.

Daily design flow, the county, inlet invert depth, seasonal high water, and how the effluent is being dispersed. If the permit specifies nitrogen reduction or disinfection, send that language too. With those five things we can usually come back same day.

Yes. Mention your company when you write and we'll route you to the right pricing. Supply houses carrying onsite treatment should ask about stocking terms and freight consolidation.

Ask. Tanks ship by flatbed and freight is the deciding factor, so it depends on the destination and the size of the order. Panels, pumps and parts ship anywhere.

Yes, and we'd encourage it. We keep a fully functional demonstration system with 3/8 in acrylic windows through both tanks. From 2027 we'll be running training and service certification with it. More on how we build.
